Happy Wednesday everyone! I increased my protein intake this week. Heading to Las Vegas for a conference then to San Diego for a couple of days. I’m in. My goal is 160 by Christmas. It’s been a challenging week. Struggling to increase protein intake. Wed night I had two beers and appetizers after work. Scale went up 3#. Then the day after I struggled with craving sweets all day. I’ve kind of plateaued. Got 12.000 steps in yesterday and a trip to gym. Happy Friday…
