@Zella132 , I can totally relate to Netflix! I get into an almost addictive mentality with it. I just decided to make myself use my bike while watching Hours of shows.lol at least I’m being somewhat productive then ! Also, I also need food before bed

Hi everyone, the family I nanny for has junk food galore, I personally don’t have cookies cake chips etc at my house because I find it so tempting. Aside from planning my meals , does anyone have suggestions to avoid eating this stuff lol! The struggle is Real!!! 🙂. I eat so well and then find the pot of gold so to speak…

Shortgirlrunning, yes I definitely have ! I made the mistake of opening the Halloween candy a day early, just for one tiny piece... I ate it all 😰. Also, the whole bloating is soo frustrating!
