I also feel a drive to control. This desire, for me, has resulted in .ore troubles than solutions, though. I have found that when I practice a mindset of acceptance -- in which I am.open to feeling the discomfort that my addictions bring -- rather than to overcome or ignore or power through or force, that my problems do…

Yes, I love the program. I became a Les Mills instructor back in 2006. I do not teach any fitness anymore, but I do On Demand at home!

Your height and weight sound healthy! Ad stated above, do you wish to bring your weight to an unhealthy level? Losing weight when you are already in a healthy range in challenging. In my experience, it takes time and a positive mindset to do it successfully. Your worth isn't determined by your weight. To feel like you hate…

My little one is 8 now and it's a different situation entirely. But I remember very well how difficult getting my own time and space was for the first 4 years, and especially when she was an infant and toddler. Remember that things will change with time. Your baby will slowly become more independent and you will notice…

I also would like to lose 10-15 lbs. I have found that when your body is already in a healthy weight range, losing the last pounds is more challenging and can take a longer time. For me, I just agree to take that time to continue to be healthy and work toward the goal incrementally. Once you've got diet in place and a…

My resting heart rate is low range, 48-53. I have never considered that the calorie burn data may be incorrect due to a low resting rate. How did you figure this out?

I love being barefoot but my feet sweat too much that it becomes a hazard for slipping. Ewwww, I know. So I wear barefoot running shoes. I like Merrell.

From what I have read, as well as from my own experience, those still affected by any aspect of an ED may want to stay away from IF. IF can encourage disordered eating, especially in those with a history of ED already. As someone who used to be bulimic and has struggled with binge eating disorder, I found this to be true.

Thanks for sharing your story of weight loss and gain. My thought is that if you focus your energy in the reasons behind the weight gain-back then you will set yourself up for success. You seem to be able stick with a weight loss program well. The issue seems to be that when things change you can gain weight back. Discover…
