Hi Will, I changed up my workout by muscle group each day. Monday- legs, Tuesday-back/traps and biceps, Wed shoulders, Thursday-legs, Friday-chest/Tri, Saturday-clean up I’ve tried IF but I found no verifiable results doing it.
