  • I pan fry sliced italian sausage. Then remove the sausages to a paper lines dish. I drain all the fat but 1 tbsp put of the pan and add onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic. When these are almost cooked tender crisp, I add the sausage back. I serve it with steamed zoodles tossed in pesto sauce.
  • I love to snack. Please help. I don't know how many more boiled eggs or how much more cheese I can eat.
