  • This month I've lost a human head and 10 out of 12 Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. :smiley: And, since the start of my weight loss journey on Feb. 22nd, I've lost a mid-sized microwave!

  • I would like to join in! I'm still relatively new here though so am unsure how this works. Do I just copy and paste the start & goal weight, and the dates and then repost it? Then what... do I just edit my post each week, or how does it work? Thanks
