  • I’m measuring with scales/ portions sizes. Scanning packets I’m quite a repetitive eater on a weekly basis so most things are stored in my fitness pal app anyway. I make sure I don’t go over my calories fat carbs and protein. Sometimes I go a little over on protein but not too often x
