If I increase the 5% to 10% will that affect how much weight i loose?

how do you log that in that app because when I try to log in scrambled eggs it shows up as 7 grams of carbs

I tried doing scrambled eggs (2-3) and bacon (2 pieces), and another day i did 1 cup of 0% greek yogurt with 1/4 c. (each) of raspberries and blueberries, and 2 tbsp. of chocolate whipped cream, However when i log it in the app it shows that I’m doing more than the 4% (my goal) of carbs just with the breakfast alone!
