  • For breakfast I had a 2 scramble egg omelet with mushrooms, spinach, cilantro, onions, tomato, and avocado and black coffee. Lunch will be 1/4 slice of homemade pizza with meatless Italian sausage and veggies. I have not decided on dinner yet.
