  • Congratulations on your decision for a healthier you! I was never obese, but unhappy with how things were going. I have been using this site, on and off, for over a year. Once I started exercising with a program I LOVE, I got serious about watching how much I eat. I have lost nearly 15 pounds, and am much happier.
  • Are you doing any meal replacement shakes that have multi-vitamins? They are filloing, and help cut down a large chunk of calories for at least one of your meals for the day?
  • 5'2.5" (yes the .5 is very important!) Start : 145 lbs CW: 130 lbs Goal- 120 lbs. My "saddlebag" and inner thighs are my main issue. I feel a gazillion times better, but can't seem to target those areas! Also, the boobs have been shrinking- booooo!
