OMG I just made some Keto Wonder Bread! Wow I’m impressed! I think it will be a good item for my sandwich’s during the week! I’m going to buy some coconut flour & see how well I like it made with it!

Turkey cooked on the Treager, cheesy bacon mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted asparagus, fruit salad & rolls. Desert will be pumpkin pie & chocolate cream pie. It will probably just be myself, husband, my dad, mother-in-law, daughter, son & his girlfriend. But not sure yet. Today begins the holiday season! 🦃 ❄️ 🎄 😊

I’m looking at upgrading to the Versa from the charge 2! What I like is you can upload 300 songs to the watch so you don’t have to carry your phone with you while you are exercising! It also allows you to track your route!

As a nurse and one with elevated cholesterol and triglycerides I get it. I have started to eat oatmeal every morning, started taking fish oil supplements and cutting back/out the fatty greasy foods. I also take a low dose statin. I’ve started back to walking at least 3 times a week. I will repeat my labs in July. Good luck…

I have made them. I put mine in the large muffin tin so I only got 6 muffins. I also used unsweetened applesauce! I’m hooked!
