Week 2 May PW: 207.4 CW: 205.5 missed my weigh-in day, spent it writing my thesis for my bachelor's degree, but still happy with the results and the report too, in all a good start to the week.

Daily post 2/05 Tracking yes Calories 462 under Exercise two 3h T20 cricket matches Rather disappointed to find out that 24500 steps equate to only 950 odd calories. Was looking forward to having a big meal after today. But stuck to my salad and grilled chicken. If it was easy it wouldn’t be worth it right!!!

Well I wasn't happy with my weigh in yesterday so I punished myself on the treadmill doing 4 miles and then in the evening led my Zwift group on a ride for an hour too, got told off by my food logger for not eating enough, then I realised I didn't add the milk for my protein shakes... duh. not sure what track is? but if…
