I have no idea how to add friends but my food diary is public. It’s not very interesting, though😬 You’ll raise one eyebrow at my afternoon snacks of 3 cups of romaine lettuce and 1/2 T of rice vinegar;)

I just need to lean into it and stop being bitter about living a healthy life. I need to think about it as doing something nice for my body instead of feeling resentful over the lack of chips and queso in my life. We can do this! (Off to have my snack of a mahi mahi patty and some salad greens. Yay.)
