I feel ya! This is HARD! I’m a 48 year old mom of two teens trying this again (actually for a third time! Third times a charm, right??) I’m a happily married, professional woman who is working on it ... everyday ... and holding it together - or at least trying to. Right now, I’m trying to get my stress eating under…

Me too!

I hear you. For me it’s mindless stress eating. Mindless grazing. Several years ago I lost 60+ with MFP, but gained most of it back in the ensuing time. I’ve been working on it for a few months (heaviest I’ve been in a long while) and lost some, but really want to take charge of this. So I’m back doing what I know works…

Wow! Sounds like it was super successful the first time. Glad you’re back at it again! For me, it’s a similar story. My first time went from 230 to 150. Too low. Went back up to165, stayed there for a bit Back up to 220 in a few years. I’m back at it again and looking for a support network too. Sent friend request!

Ugh! I know! I just decided to start over too. I need to get back to tracking. It’s stupid stress eating and being stuck at home... near the food ... that I like to eat ... when I’m stressed! 😆

I returning too. I hear you about back and joint issues. Ugh! We got this!! 💪

I’m also a MFP repeater. I’ve had success, then life with its accompanying stresses creeps in and something’s gotta give. In the past it’s tracking and exercise. Stress eating, late nights ... all catches up. So I’m back here trying it again. Feel free to add me to your support network.

Sounds like my story. Grad school takes it out of ya! Trying it again ... MFP .... not grad school. I don’t want to ever do that again. Lol

Way to go! We can do this!!
