Hi I'm new and I am from Columbus, Nebraska, USA. I currently weigh 200lbs and my goal is 110 to 115lbs. Since the beginning of 2019 I had lost 20lbs. and fell off the proverbial "wagon" where I regained 5 lbs. Now I am ready to jump back on and get back to losing and reaching my goals!!!!👍💪👊
