  • It's time to see if I can make a change and stick to it. I do ok on my exercise - actually really well. But I love the B's. Beer, Bread, Beef....see - I don't need Carbs.... So this time I'm only going to do this for 15 days - I need smaller chunks of time to see if I can stick to it. Feel free to PM me if you want.
