Yes, i was surprised myself at them as to look at them, they're not drenched in fats or oils to the eye. My point was just about how you must count everything and not assume that just because they are fairly watery veg that there wont be a lot of calories in them.

Because my plan was to eat one of the veggie sides with a burger or some chicken. But then i realised they both need using up, so thought I would have them both with a burger but then realised I cant 'afford' a piece of protein with them. Never mind. Anyway Im halfway through it now.

I am at the end of my 7th week. I set my goal for 1lb a week and so far have lost 16lbs. I realise that much of this is water at the moment, it feels to me as if it is slowing down to the correct rate now. Yes I have 2 left in the freezer, Im going to weigh them after cooking next time to find out what the cooked weight is, as I suppose if they shrink down a lot I could be only looking about 85 grams or so. A lot of liquid and fat came out during the cooking

There must be quite a lot of glitches because today the system has me as 92lbs down instead of what Ive actually lost. It also changed my units from stones into lbs. I changed it back this morning and thought no more of it Then this afternoon, I log in to find its changed it again. Crazy.

Now this is odd, I went into my weight and found that today is a recording of 190lbs as my weight. I didnt put that in there and also I dont record my weight in lbs its in stones and lbs and that has disappeared and all my weight recordings are now in lbs??

Well so far Ive put it at around 1700 calories using generic 'takeaway' guides. Thats put me over my goal today and actually as I have a bit of a cold, I couldnt even really enjoy it properly. What a waste of calories. Bit annoyed.
