  • Thank you! This makes a little more sense now. It is very hard to cut back on the meat!
  • Oh I forgot I had spinach with breakfast.
  • On Monday I had 1/2 an avacado, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and two fried eggs. For lunch I had a beef hamburger, 1/2 an avacado, 1/2 of a tomato, and a salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. For dinner I had baked salmon, and mixed vegetables with broccoli and coliflower. I added butter and olive oil throughout the day…
