Hi. This is my first challenge. I feel better in the morning when I shoot for... 8-10k steps/day? ...or 10-20 fat-burn-zone minutes? ... or other goals? ...not sure, still trying to figure it out, but gonna log here with you guys 😁 Daily goals: 10 zone min, 9000 steps, 10 floors, 3.1 miles, 1800 cal.
