Hi. Used mfp for a while years ago and did well in terms of hitting my goals. Roll on 6 years or so and I'm far from my heaviest but still about 4st off my goal. Trying again!! In need of motivation to log food!!

If you have paid for mfp premium I'd recommend a Garmin as MFP is built into the Garmin connect calorie tracking section and the two apps sync well. Vivoactive 4 would be my choice but there are other cheaper and more expensive premium options depending on your needs.

Vivoactive 4 may be a better bet than the 3 if you can stomach the higher price. Had mine a few days and seriously impressed. Beware of Fitbit if you are on android as their list of compatible devices is seriously out of date so make sure your android is on that list if you go down the Fitbit route as certain features may…
