I started the week before Christmas (when I ended up in the ER because I couldn’t move from the pain). I never really set a “goal weight”, more of just losing weight and becoming healthier. I definetly still have more weight to lose, but I’m more focused on toning/tightening the skin. Ive been concentrating more on macros…

My weight loss started because I found out I had a herniated disc. Purely from working on the computer all day with awful posture and extra weight straining my back/neck. The pain from that was a huge motivator for months, and now the motivation is making sure to never experience that again!!
