I hate jogging 🙈 but enjoy going to the gym (have a good training programme :)) and walking my dog (soon two dogs!). Might give jogging another go once I lose some weight... But I didn’t enjoy it even when I was slim! Thanks though :)

SW/CW: 227 lbs GW: 154 lbs Goal month: stick to calorie goal every day, hit my steps goal at least 4 days a week and go to gym 3 or 4 times a week.

Hi, I’m also in Scotland (Glasgow) :) Have about 6 stones to lose - think I’ll start feeling much better around half-way there (fingers crossed!).
