I'm at a mini goal of mine. Halfway to the weight I set for my self, 285 in the first picture. 255 in the second. Goal is 225 by the end of the year. I feel better most days but some days are just as hard as when I first started

Staying motivated while I'm at work is easy, when I'm home. Not so much. Maybe some friends could keep me on track while I'm home!

Probably not the prettiest of meals as compared to everyone else but I have to get by with what I can while being stuck on a rig 😆. Anyways it's chicken breast on rice with raw broccoli and fresh cut fruit. The apple is my snack later
