I struggle with this also, the only thing that has really helped is going to bed early.

Any kind of cake mix and diet coke!! For frosting we use light cool whip or fat free.

I am filling out my food diary. Its public so you can look at it if you want. I can eat a very high calorie diet and not gain weight as long as my fat is ''low''. I have read them. I am doing low fat because I enjoy it. I do not count calories either, I eat until I am full. I have already lost 3 pounds since Monday. My calories have been way up as well.

@BarbaraHelen2013, I don't have to count calories because i'm doing "low'' fat. I am aware that this is a calorie counting app/website but people use is to track there macros as well. I started out as calorie counting. I am using MFP now to count my fat to make sure i am eating enough fat.

@cmriverside, I honestly don't find it more restrictive then any other diet i've done in the past. In fact i can eat a lot more stuff now that im not counting calories. But that's just me.

I enjoy eating low fat, i am aware that i need fat to survive which is why i eat at least 20 grams. I am not hungry when i eat low fat. I also dont need to count calories when i eat low fat!

W6D1,doing pretty good with being able to run longer. I did the 20 min run from last friday 3 times with some stopping. When i felt like i really had to stop i did try to at least run 5 mins before stopping.

W5D3, i did stop many times during the 20 min run so im going to repeat the 20 min run a few times before Monday.

W5D2, the 6 min walk wasn't as bad as i thought it would be surprisingly. I looked at what i'm supposed to do for W5D3 and im not sure how i can go from 8 mins running to 20 running mins but ill try.
