Add me also I have been on keto for two and half weeks. I can feel that i lost weight, but I haven't weighed myself yet. I started logging yesterday and had a pretty good day. 3% carbs, 29% protein, 68% fat and 1600 calories I'm 100 pounds over weight so slightly higher calories is fine for me.
