I love all the responses to this!! I too have been tempted and have also completely disregarded logging in my food on weekends but as many have said... the diary is to help you know where you are succeeding and where you need “adjusting”. Thanks for this thread!!

I’m actually dealing w same.., I have my daily calories for the day.. then w exercising I’m to add in more calories, esp protein... but I feel I’m not losing due to the limited calories I’m taking in... not sure that is even possible but I’m into nutrition and am doing a lot of research as I want muscle gains,…

I’m thinking of trying it... however, I exercise early in the am so feel I need my whey shake after ....but then I can go until mid-late afternoon w/o eating that by the time dinner cones around, I’m scrambling to get in all my macros, esp protein for the day. Which by not eating enough is actually hurting my weight…
