Just coffee with vanilla caramel creamer. Usually don't eat from 6 pm until about 11 the next day. Same for my husband.

I am 5'4" and my ideal weight is in the 145-147 range. I have a lot of muscle weight from decades of exercise and wear size 6 jeans at this size. Any lower weight and I am too thin and it shows in my face and neck. It all depends on body composition, not height, but a very interesting thread. :)

Love to join this friendly group. I am 70, happily married with grown children and lots of grand and great grands. I have just about ten pounds to lose but it makes such a huge difference in how I feel in my clothes.
