  • Check out Onnit 6 kettlebell program.Its $50 and it's all digital content.I use their bodyweight and steel mace program and I love it.I will buy their kettlebell program next.
  • Check groupon for yoga classes in your area.I take yoga every week at a studio and it's worked wonders for myself.I was able to get 15 classes for around $60 and when they end I plan on continuing with the studio.
  • Disney food has gotten a lot healthier over the times from what it use to be.My wife and I go often.I spent 2 weeks on vacation with Disney and the cruise line and gained 6lbs back.I didnt care what I ate and drank at the time.When I got home I was back on track and lost it rather quickly.Dont worry about it and have fun.
  • I just keep moving forward and remember how I use to be.Looking at old pictures of myself help me stay focused.I have become an entirely different person over the past 2 years and never want to go back.Thats my motivation.
