  • I lowered my calories as I changed my goal weight. I will try to drop 250 & see how things go. I just started lifting free weights as my upper body is weak. I have a friend who is helping me along the way of lower strengthening. I am staying positive & not focusing on the scale right now.
  • Hidden calories in sauces, dressings, oils.
  • I log everything to the best of my ability & I count all hidden calories. I google things also if I can’t find any info. I have not gotten a scale as of yet. I understand you can eat & still gain , regardless of what it is.
