When I began, I would set time limits for jogging and walking intervals. I increased my jogging intervals and decreased walking intervals by 15-30 seconds every week. I started out with 1 mile runs and increased mileage roughly every 4-6 weeks. I’ve heard of an app called couch to 5k which essentially follows the same…

Mine is open to friends, if you’d like to be my friend. I am lactose intolerant, which does change the types of foods I eat.

I usually fast for 12 hours at night. I usually eat a big dinner and then fast until lunch the next day. I do continue to drink water during this time to keep my metabolism running.

I am right there with you. I have exreme highs and lows. Some days I think I may vomit just making myself eat. Other days I want all comfort food all day. I try to fast for 10-12 hours at a time and get plenty of cardio in. I’m here if you ever need anything.

I’ve suffered from depression for as long as I can remember. I just recently got off all medications. I still see the psychiatrist regularly. (Not suggesting you do anything except what works for you). Exercise has helped me cope. I am also a masochist type of personality, so the pain of a workout helps ease the mental…

That’s so awesome!!! You’re a beast! (I don’t know how to add friends) but I’d love to be here for you thru your journey!

I’d love to have friends that don’t wanna be nasty pricks trying to bone everyone. Thanks!

I’ve been on MFP for about 2 months, but this is my first time in the forums. Glad I came! This could be a positive experience interacting with people with less anxiety. :) keep up the good work!

Saysaangel I would love to be here to support you and be helpful if you ever need it. I like to practice engaging with other while jogging. I keep my head up and smile/wave at people, however, I keep moving and wear headphones so nobody expects me to stop and chat. It helps give me a little confidence in my interactions…

Nice work so far! This app has helped me make healthier choices, without sacrificing everything I love to eat. It has helped me get better at portions and is really easy to use. Keep kicking butt!
