I think for me one reason is, I don’t want the male attention because of issues in my past . When I’m fit and looking my best I sabotage myself as soon as I get to that point.

I just realized recently I’ve been doing this . It’s a pattern of self sabotaging my self . I get stressed, angry, etc . I eat crazy quit hobbies, games , even some friendships.

I have noticed since taking a multi vitamin including magnesium my chocolate cravings have gone down a lot . I looked up magnesium deficiency and I had a lot of the symptoms though.
