I do this too, and it’s so silly because there is no reason to! I have been starting my days really well and then not logging at all for the second half. Reading this thread will hopefully motivate me to just log!

I feel worse all around when I eat unhealthy foods or a lot of sugar. Really makes me wonder why I do it in the first place! 🙄 I definitely experience inflammation though and that can cause plenty of problems.

I love making homemade sweet potato chips in mine! I also slice up parsnips instead of fries, and recently just tried radishes in there. Just keep experimenting!
