That is hard to say because it depends on your height as well and shape sometimes. I’m 5’8” and I think I was in 26 around 350lbs

My brunch.. I had a turkey, ham, cheese, and basil sandwich on a wheat sandwich thin with a cucumber salad in bolthouse yogurt ranch dressing with Parmesan and chia seeds on top

I am not a fan of weighing daily. I prefer one set day a week and I weigh first thing in the morning. Daily weigh ins for some can lead to disappointment because of small fluctuations. Plus I got tired of unreliable digital scales and bought a beam scale and it does not do in between lbs you have to round up or down.

Stretches should not hurt. If stretches hurt people are pushing them too hard. Stretching before an activity has been proven an ill idea because people can hurt themselves by stretching when not warmed up. Warming up gets blood flow going faster and helps the stretch. Stretches help with flexibility, not DOMS or strength.

I think it works for some, but not all. It might work for me, but I know it isn’t sustainable because I’m a food addict and being that hungry just doesn’t work well for me.

Washing rice before will make it a tiny bit less sticky but I don’t think it takes away calories. Sometimes you find brands of rice that suggest washing before cooking
