  • If it's okay i'll add you! I do like to stalk other people's diary and be held accountable for my splurge days! I do sorta what you do (lowcarb, but should get higher in protein), IF, cardio 3/week and bodyweight exercises every other day. Thinking of getting into more serious weight training when I reach my goal.

  • That is so weird! I feel for you... Have you tried measuring (waist, thighs, belly, etc) aswel to make sure you're not gaining muscle? And how are you eating? Just kcal restriction or also other stuff?
  • 68kg * 25 = 1700 / 68kg * 30 = 2040 minus 500: 1200 - 1540 kcal/day MFP sets the my goal at 1570 BUT I did choose to only lose half a pound per week. So far, the estimate MFP made for me 5 weeks ago (eg "you will weigh X amount in 5 weeks time") has been correct.

  • Although I believe this may work for some, a word of caution! I tried this once and I couldn't get the oil out for DAYS. It was absolute horror. Washed in multiple times with everything I could think of and I just stayed greasy. Not my best week. :p

  • If it's any consolation: you're already at my goal weight now! And since I'm the same height as you are, I can not imagine that you don't already look really good.
  • I set my goal to losing 250grams/week, which I find a nice, realistic pace to lose weight durably. I eat 1500kcal, sometimes a bit less, and seem to be shedding actually closer to 500gram/week on average (1.1lbs). I do eat mostly low carb, so that might be helping.
