Height: 176cm (5'9") Weight: 66kg (145,51lbs) BMI: 21,3 Goals: 1) Again maintain this weight for another month. I don't feel comfortable yet to start trying to lose more weight 2) Be more consistent with the workouts (especially core) 3) Be more consistent with kcal budget: right now I do a lot of days heavily over and…

@Antiopelle I feel you! It's so hard sometimes to stay on track, especially when you've started to slide a bit. What helps me to "get a grip" again, especially concerning cravings/eating whatever without being mindful is fasting for a day (or more if I can). For me, it seems to work a bit like a reset button. By the end of…

@FrankieandSpots Haha I really enjoyed reading it! Feel free to post monthly updates or something. First off I'm jealous you can eat 2100 kcal! We're about the same weight and if I would eat that I'd gain weight, no doubt about it. Second, I'm even more jealous of your running progress!! I've been trying to become a runner…

I don't know your height, weight or age, but going under 1000kcal seems like a bad idea. I would suggest firstly like cayenne_007 said make sure you're logging 100% accurate. I personally don't eat back my (moderate) exercise calories because I don't trust what any watch/app/tracker says I've burned. I'm sure you can eat…

Height: 176 cm - 5'9,1/4" BMI: 21,3 I've decided to do a month or 2 of maintenance. I believe in the theory that your body has a "set" weight in mind that it desperately wants to keep so I'm going to give my body a break of trying to force it to shed fat. That way it can get used to this new weight, and then in 1-2 month's…

@FrankieandSpots Hi & welcome! Fun that you have an open diary, I like to spy on what people eat :) Goodluck! And remember: slow but steady wins the race ;)

@StayFocused01023 & @Antiopelle thanks for the uplifting words! I really like this group for the support you get. I'm back on track as of yesterday!

I really hated the hormones in the pill too, but hormone levels in a UID are waayy lower and they don't influence me at all. So indeed, worth considering imo :)

Don't have any tips for the cravings in themselves unfortunately, but have you considered using a IUD (spiraaltje)? I switched to that from the regular pill and it has been amaaaaaaazing. No more bleeding is a bonus on its own but that also means I got rid of the accompanying bloating, moodswings and cravings!

Whoop whoop!! Happy for you!

I didn't want to say anything before, but now you bring it up yourself: I get a strong feeling you may be doing too much... Now I don't presume to know you or know better than you or anything like that at all, but your calorie deficits seems rather big. And when you say "I aim to be at least 500 calories under" do you mean…

What's happening there? I'm amazed you are not writing essays on here complaining with these results (I sure as hell would!)

Quick question: how much more fit/toned looking are you thinking of getting?! :D I stalked your profile a bit (sorry :p) and you look amazingly toned!

Holy smokes, I looked at your profile picture! What an inspiring change! Damn! How the hell did you get those gains?!

Last weigh-in for this month for me so here's the result: SW: 66,6 kg (146,83lbs) GW: 65,x kg (for this month, I'll be happy to break my current plateau and see that 65 pop up). Ending the month on 65.6kg (144,62 lbs). I feel like I dropped below 66 very early in the month and then swung back up to 67 and had to work my…

I really like your steady progress! And kudos to you for sticking to it through being ill.

Impressed! Both with the cycling distance as with the low carbs :o I could never manage that!
-
To my standards you're considered pudgy on the right, and 2 years ago you were slim/slightly toned.

Wow what a great loss progress you've had this month! And so consistent! Good job!

26 August: 66.2kg - 145,95lbs //Didn't move much but reasonably happy that it's maintaining. I couldn't really expect much anyway: ate 14.683kcal the past 7 days which is 683 over maintenance! So all in all happy with it :) I do really need to get a grip though! I've been eating bad and can't seem to get back on track;…

Oooh those small succeses are so satisfying! Great work!

The weird thing is: I don't feel like I lost much back fat! My body def stores most of my fat on my upperbody. Slim thighs, not a fat behind, but do have (and always had) chubby arms, back fat, and of course the favourite fat-spot: the waist area. So it stores all my fat on my upperbody, except on my boobs. Thank you so…
