  • This could be the group for me. I'm 46 and trying to lose about 12 pounds. Have been going for 3 weeks and have stuck within my calorie goal (more or less!) and been running, walking and doing HIIT workouts almost every day. So far I've lost 3 pounds. It's much harder going trying to lose weight than it was a few years…
