  • Hi Carol. I'm 57 and just joined this group and saw your post. Starting Keto tomorrow for the first time. I found your trouble getting enough fat and calories interesting - feels pretty weird right now trying to get more fat into my diet after a lifetime of avoiding fat! I'll look for that FB group.
