if you need protein but you dont want to eat a whole piece of chicken or fish i always go with nuts: peanuts, almonds, etc. they taste amazing are a perfect for a small protein snack. in addition i love greek yogurt, especially chobani, and there is tons of protein in greek yogurt. hope this helps you out a little bit

use your arms! try shadow boxing, where you dont need a bag to punch at but you pretend you do. put on some fast paced music and just go crazy. its not the same as running but you can still get your heart rate up. you can even learn some boxing moves.
