Lost 200+ lbs, got all new clothing, then a lockdown happened. By March of this year, I was back at 300 lbs. I had to fix a bad habit of not eating healthy just because I wasn't going to the gym (NSV 1) and now I'm close enough to where I was that I can fit into my newer clothing again (NSV 2).

No longer counting calories or weighing food. I eat what I need to when I'm hungry and I don't ignore small cravings that will just build up over time. The less I work out, the less hungry I am that day. If I want to cut down fat, I just pick a day or two out of the week and fast. It's the kind of freedom I never thought…

Vegetables have more nitrates than bacon, so if processed meat is raising the risk of colon cancer, something else is probably doing it. There are too many variables, especially lifestyle. People like to focus on the foods that "cause" cancer, but they forget there's a list of foods just as long (or longer) that help…

This is...I don't even know anymore. I just grab ingredients and smash them together. Breakfast is what I can eat, dinner is whatever is left over.

The Atari was juuuuuust before my time. I have tried to get into it over the years, but it just doesn't stick. NES/Master System is pretty much as far back as I can go. Well, except for arcade machines.

Yeah, I was just trying something new, and it is a fun way to eat. But I don't think it's helped me much, if any. Lots of water weight that fluctuated. I lost all the weight with a balanced diet, and if I learned anything from Mr. Miyagi it's that balance is the key.
