The menu for tonight is BBQ chicken tenders, broccoli with cheese, stuffing, and a salad....pretty easy....evening snack is rice cakes with peanut butter and a banana!....

If you don’t eat any of your exercise calories back, I would give it an educated guess...there are some other sites you can check how many calories you burned....I eat back about 25% of my exercise calories because I never think MFP is consistently accurate....hope this helps!

Shrimp Scampi sounds delicious!....we are eating simple fare as we usually do!...turkey kielbasa,oven baked fries,mixed frozen vegetables and a fresh tossed salad....snack later will be an apple, popcorn and a string cheese....you all make my meals sound boring!....
