  • I haven't tried that and didn't realize that green ones were lower. I know some veggies when boiled lowers the level as it leaches out and into the water yet others like fermented items are worse. I've kept tabs on my threshold level and if I think I might exceed it I'll take an antihistamine... followed by a nap. 😅
  • I felt this. I tend to do one of two things... all in or nothing at all. When I actually commit, I tend to obsess over everything... as in I will count out how many peanuts I can have. This obviously leads back to poor eating habits due to such restrictions. Then I fall back to my do nothing spectrum. Moderation is key but…
