@thelandkraken do you not eat anything after 5pm? Previously I would have breakfast at 7 and my last snack could be as late as 10pm (12-15hrs). Now I eat between 12-8 (8hrs).

I dabble with 16/8 as well. My daily calories haven't changed, but mentally I find the 8 hour window easier than say a 12-15 hour eating window which I would normally have had. It stops me obsessing about what to eat next and my lunch and dinners are now a little more substantial. But as said, my total calories have not…

First I heard as well! Meat actually is something I eyeball. If a pack is a lb (450 grammes), and I use this for our family of 4, I would log 125 grammes for myself (I round up usually).

Good morning all, Happy Monday! Went on a very challenging mountain climb/walk yesterday with a group of friends, took nearly 6 hours! Absolutely shattered this morning, but it was sooo worth it!

You don't have to love exercise. It's just something you need to fit in your life, like brushing teeth or hoovering your house. Just try to find something that's bearable, if the gym is not for you, try cycling, dancing, rock climbing, karate, rowing, hiking, the possibilities are endless.

t works for me in the sense that it helps me to be less obsessed with eating/food. I do 16/8, so I only eat between noon and 8pm give or take. Mooorning! Happy Thursday! I'm on a day off tomorrow, so it really is FRIDAY to me, wooooo! I'm sore right now @kimber0607 , did a spinning class on Tuesday and he did loads of quad work. I'm spinning years, but still sore form it. I kinda like it to be honest, feels like I done something!

Moooorning! Had a few rough days eating and drinking wise, but got my mojo back so here we go again..! Europe is stuck in a heat wave, however unfortunately the heat wave seems to forget about little aul' Ireland, but the temperature's slowly rising so here's hoping.
