Yeah I definitely make sure to keep my "favorite foods - mostly sweets) out of the house. Better yet I always take account to not eat alot of it. Like instead of eating a whole package of oreos, I buy the packs with just 6 cookies in it to help with my crave and to not overeat. Baby steps go a long way!

Yeah I agree, it bothers me alot too and makes me feel sad and guilty. Especially those Friday nights after a long and stressful work week of eating healthy.

When it comes to weight loss and keeping the weight off (the most difficult task) binging can happen at any moment. Stress, work overload, depression, anxiety, etc etc. I say instead of binging have one cheat meal once every 10 days. A small reward. And eat healthy for 9 days. 10th day a cheat meal and then day 11 and on…

Cravings are the devil, I understand. Honestly having little bits of your favorite foods work. Cutting them out completely makes you binge; just from my experience. So portion control and don't overeat them.

My motivation to lose weight is myself. I hate looking at myself in the mirror. I even go as far to avoid mirrors in my own bathroom. I love myself - my personality but my body could use some work.

Food allergies are the devil for sure. I'm allergic to seeds and nuts and have organic allergy syndrome to fruits and vegetables making me sick, bloated and red.
