Celebrating 3 months with a Food Journal
Today marked a full 90 days of using the FP Food Journal and I am pretty proud of myself for sticking with it. Although I may not be at my goal weight just yet I have been doing very well maintaining my weight and incorporating healthy food and exercise when I can. Also water, water, water !!!
