I have a severe dairy allergy. I swap straight across on almost all dairy ingredients. I have certain "favorites" such as Daiya pepper jack "cheese" (though I only use cheese in a few select casseroles), oat yeah "milk", etc. I actually can not have any mammal products, so I have to substitute for red meats too.

My daughter has sensitive skin and is prone to breakouts. We mix Cetaphil moisturizer with sandalwood...takes care of the dry patches around nose and doesn't leave her skin oily or pores clogged

I use coconut oil and sandalwood for day and coconut oil with fennel at night

I think that I am more like caramel than honey...richer and more complex...

I lived almost my entire life in Denver. When I moved to southeast Nebraska I was blown away by the level of obesity! After 10 years of working in the public school system, I am saddened by the large percentage of overweight and obese children!!
