Going on 9 months on mfp and doing well. But over the holidays I decided I would not be so restrictive and eat at maintenance calories. I did end up gaining about 5 lbs because I gave myself “permission” to use those extra calories to eat all sorts of sweets for several weeks and of course was over many times. Will NOT be…

What a great milestone! I’m working toward tat same goal but am still 20 lbs away. So far have lost 35 lbs. When I get there, will be the fist time in almost 40 years - such a lifetime ago. I know the work and dedication it took for you to reach that goal. A big congratulations and best of luck on your continuing journey.

Hi - I am a “young” 66 and have been using mfp for 150 days (today)! This is my first ever post. I live in Georgia and need a friend too. My initial goal was to lose 100 lbs.
