Hi everyone! I’m new to using this app as well as tracking what I eat. I’m finding it quite helpful in my weight loss goals. I lost 15 pounds doing a Whole 30 diet and now I’m doing a combination of Paleo and calorie counting. I’m a thirty year old married woman and want to have the best body of my life this year!
