I am 42 and love lifting. I really wish I had started younger. I find that it's easier to stay thin with weight lifting. I only need to lift weights 3x/week for 30min to stay as trim as I did with ceaseless cardio back in the day.

Working on staying as lean as is healthy for my body and lift weights. I LOVE weight lifting! Started doing it because of my age (ensure the maintenance of bone density), and wish I had discovered it when I was younger and had better collagen. π

I love bacon! I sing, but terribly. I typically dance for my food... I'm doing the same and have been for a year now. Bret Contreras really is a good one to get to know! For glutes I do: Glute bridges Hip thrusts Back extensions (concaved shoulders to restrict range of motion and make sure my glutes to the hard work) Weighted step-ups I also do deadlifts, but I switched it to my back daysβ¦
