I love this group & am thankful for each & every one of you! It is definitely a goal of mine to get better about commenting / being active in the group even if I feel like I don't have anything particularly interesting to say. I read this group multiple times a day, just about every day & can relate to almost every post! :)

Mine are chips, mac & cheese, chicken fingers & ranch. I still have them, but am much more careful about weighing them & staying aware of what/how much I'm eating. I no longer take the bag of chips to the couch. I weigh out one or 2 servings in a bowl & leave the bag in the kitchen. :smile:

Another difficulty for larger losers is that it take many more pounds lost before you can see the difference (in appearance, clothing sizes, etc.).
