My fiance started eating my foods when we first met, dropped around 80 lbs, he was sold. We cook almost everything homemade from scratch. As much organic as we can afford. Good luck on here!

Saying cake on here could be dangerous, LOL... On a serious note, I track macros, but only because of a health issue. If I wasn't sick, I'd be enjoying cake right now (a lemon cupcake or a wedding cake cupcake to be exact).

I have trouble eating back all of the calories it gives me for exercise just using MFP. So, I eat back some. But I am set at a pretty high calorie limit goal. Same, I have an adrenaline disorder. I get around 4-5 hours a night, but wake feeling fully rested. But, I don't tend to eat an extra meal or extra snacks just because I'm awake longer. I've run like this for years.

Agree with both above. I buy protein shakes for my daughter, but the Atkins or generic ones are cheaper with the exact same nutritional value. I don't usually do shakes or bars unless exhausted from work or in the car with no other options. I prefer whole real foods.

The only thing I change in food with workouts, is after workouts (especially cardio) I would always eat a large high carb or high protein meal. Usually high carb. Since cutting carbs, I eat high protein after workouts. But either work to replenish energy spent.

I had to break the habit of inhaling my food. I use smaller utensils, take smaller bites, chew thoroughly, and do not allow myself to take next bite until current bite is swallowed completely. I try to make one meal take at least 15 minutes (15 minute food window). I had to make conscious changes until they became habit.
